  1. That’s a good question. Probably two. You have to be conscious of the sodium levels in those frozen dinners as much as the grams of fat. I like the green vegetarian pasta you boil yourself with some olive oil, a little sea salt and some Mrs. Dash seasoning.

That was last night’s dinner prepared and eaten during ‘The Middle’ and ‘American Housewife’. They’re my two favorite sitcoms, one after the other. Try to use Lean Cuisine and the others every now and then. Making your own food gives you control over the stuff you want to avoid, but still tastes good.

  2. I forgot to add something I love to drink, and I’m betting you will too. It’s Bolthouse FARMS Green Goodness. It’s a fantastic tasting blend of apples, pineapple, banana, mango, kiwi, vitamin A, B6, B12, antioxidants and much more. Get the 52 oz.big bottle.

They’re headquartered in Bakersfield, Ca. I would think it’s carried back East, but don’t know. They’re phone # is (800) 467-4683 M-F up to 7pm est. Call your grocery store first and see if they carry it. If so, perfect. If not, look into it. I’ve tried other brands and this one’s way better, because I said so and you can take that to the bank.
